Our Story
Smart Home Guys Tucson didn’t start as a big company or a flashy brand — it started with hands-on experience and a strong work ethic.
Before launching Smart Home Guys in 2014, we spent three years working directly under a general contractor, learning how homes are built from the inside out. That foundation gave us a deep understanding of framing, electrical pathways, finishes, and how every trade impacts the final result.
In the early years, like many small businesses, we handled a little bit of everything. But by 2016, it became clear that the work we cared most about — and did best — was electrical and low-voltage systems.
Instead of trying to do everything, we chose to focus. We narrowed our services to licensed electrical work, power planning, and clean low-voltage integration, especially for media walls and modern living spaces.
That focus is why our projects feel intentional — not patched together. Outlets are placed with purpose, wiring is hidden before walls are finished, and the end result looks built-in, not added later.
Today, we specialize in electrical-first media wall builds, lighting upgrades, outlet relocations, and power solutions for homeowners who want their space to look elevated and perform reliably.
